In 2015 Dieringer Development Group purchased the Davis-Linden Building. Owner Matt Dieringer has invested in ensuring the building continues to thrive as a hub for creativity. Artists and crafters have been working in studios here since the 1970s and now expansion of available work areas is taking place to accommodate the creative class for work space. Inspiration and collaborations come at no extra cost to artist-tenants as they exchange ideas, techniques and support. With over 90 units for entrepreneurs and artists of all types, the options are endless. The building currently has artists, photographers, musicians, designers, engineers, a stain glass repair shop, welders, woodworkers, fabricators, glass blowers, glass infusers, bands, recording studios, and a typewriter repair shop. What new perspective will you bring to the building?
